Position: Telecaller
Location: Surat
Experience: Fresher to 1+ Years
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Make outbound calls to potential customers and candidates
✅ Handle inbound inquiries professionally and efficiently
✅ Explain company services and offerings clearly
✅ Generate leads and maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
✅ Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team
✅ Build and maintain positive customer relationships
✅ Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
🎓 Requirements:
✔ Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English
✔ Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
✔ Ability to handle customer queries confidently
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
