Industry: Banking / NBFC – Loan Against Property (LAP)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive Loan Against Property (LAP) business through direct sourcing, builders, connectors, and open market channels. The candidate will be responsible for business generation, team management, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.

• Generate LAP business through open market sourcing, builders, connectors, and direct customer acquisition.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.

• Ensure achievement of monthly business target of ₹2.40 Crore.

• Source quality customers and ensure smooth loan processing.

• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to maximize productivity.

• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for timely loan disbursement.

• Maintain high customer service standards and build long-term relationships.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage, Home Loans, or Secured Lending.

• Experience in team handling and sales target achievement.

• Strong network of builders, connectors, DSAs, and channel partners.

• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to drive business through field sales and open market sourcing.

Experience:

• Relevant experience in LAP/Mortgage/Home Loan sales.

• Team handling experience preferred.
