Job Description

  • Identify and research potential clients (employers/businesses) through online research, databases, and social platforms (LinkedIn, industry directories, etc.)
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting methods
  • Build and maintain a database of leads.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns, target audiences, and messaging
  • Track and report daily/weekly lead generation metrics and conversion rates
  • Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and messages to nurture leads through the funnel
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
