Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-generated leads.

Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.

Explain package inclusions, pricing, offers, and payment options.

Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or sales tracker.

Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and customer support.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
