Job Description
📞 Pre-Collection Officer For PayDay Loans(Tele Collection for Pre-Collection)
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on overdue loan accounts through outbound calls.
Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections for pre-collection.
Maintain accurate collection records and follow-up logs.
Coordinate with customers professionally while adhering to RBI and company collection guidelines.
Achieve monthly collection targets.
Requirements:
Experience in Pre-Collection, tele-collections, customer collections In Payday Loans
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Immediate joiners preferred.
