Job Description – Telesales Executive (Credit Card & Loan Process)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and explain Credit Card and Loan products.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
- Follow up with interested customers and assist with the application process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in telesales, banking, loans, or credit cards will be an added advantage.
- Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
