Job Description

  • Sales Generation: Engage potential customers via phone to sell company products (e.g., insurance, financial services), consistently achieving or exceeding weekly/monthly targets.
  • Generate new business through field visit , Cold Calling, and local reference .
  • Pitch Loan Product and explain eligibility, pricing, and Documentation requirements.
  • Track daily productivity metrics.
  • Build and manage local connectors such as DSAs, CAs, brokers, and market influencers.
