Position: Collection Team Leader
Location: HSR Layout Sector 1, Bangalore
🔹 About the Role
We are hiring a Collection Team Leader for a leading company in the market. The candidate will be responsible for managing collections, handling a team, and ensuring timely recovery.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of collection executives
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
Monitor daily performance and target achievement
Handle escalations and customer issues professionally
Maintain reports and track collection metrics
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in collections
Graduate (Mandatory)
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic leadership and team-handling skills
🔹 Salary 3.2 LPA to 4 LPA
Based on interview performance
