Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and promoting products or services. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products and services and address customer queries.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• English: Intermediate English
• Preferred Industries: Media, Advertising, PR & Marketing, Outsourcing (BPO/BPM)

Shift:

Salary:

• ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000
