Relationship Manager – Customer Success (B2C)

We are looking for a mature and customer-focused Relationship Manager to handle customer interactions and coordinate with internal teams throughout the service process.

Location: Vijayanagar, Bengaluru (Work From Office)

Salary: ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Preferred Candidate: Female

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone and online communication.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams and schedule field activities.
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely completion of the process.

Requirements

• Calm, confident, and determined personality.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
