Site Manager

💰 Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage overall site operations and project execution

✅ Plan and monitor project timelines, resources, and productivity

✅ Prepare and review project costing, estimation, and budgets

✅ Control project expenses and optimize resource utilization

✅ Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors

✅ Monitor billing, BOQ, measurements, and subcontractor payments

✅ Lead site engineers, supervisors, admin staff, and labour teams

✅ Track project progress and ensure completion within budget and schedule

✅ Prepare MIS reports and update management on project performance

✅ Ensure the preparation of necessary documents including challans, registers, records, and other site-related documentation.

✅ Oversee store management, material inventory, stock records, and consumption tracking

Requirements:

✔ Strong experience in construction project management

✔ Proven knowledge of costing, estimation, budgeting, and billing

✔ Ability to manage project finances and resource planning

✔ Experience handling government and private construction projects

✔ Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and project reporting
