Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and drive residential real estate sales through a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) Firm and be capable of handling sales targets, team management, and revenue growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of property consultants/sales managers.
- Drive residential property sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Monitor lead follow-ups and ensure maximum site visits and closures.
- Train, motivate, and mentor the sales team for better performance.
- Develop sales strategies to improve conversions and productivity.
- Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
