- HSC with a minimum of 1 year of on-paper sales experience

Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and target-driven professionals with a passion for sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to convert leads into customers through effective relationship management.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact and engage with potential customers (suspects) to understand their loan requirements.
- Convert suspects into prospects through effective communication, need analysis, and eligibility assessment.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments between prospects and sales officers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects until closure.
- Work closely with senior sales resources to address customer concerns and improve conversion rates.
- Achieve targets by converting prospects into customers.
- Maintain strong coordination with the assigned sales team.
- Ensure complete knowledge of company products, policies, and competitor offerings.
- Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
- Update CRM/software regularly with accurate customer interaction details.
- Generate customer referrals and references through quality interactions.
- Provide regular market feedback and customer insights to supervisors.
