Job Description
The Survey Executive conducts surveys, gathers data, ensures data accuracy, and prepares reports to help management make informed business decisions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct surveys through phone calls, online platforms, face-to-face interviews, or field visits.
- Explain survey objectives and obtain responses from participants.
- Collect, verify, and record survey data accurately.
- Maintain survey databases and documentation.
- Monitor survey progress and response rates.
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations of survey findings.
- Coordinate with supervisors, clients, or research teams.
- Resolve respondent queries and handle feedback professionally.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data collection and record-keeping abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and survey software.
