Job Description – Insurance Sales Executive (RGI Process – Reliance General Insurance)

Position:RGI (Reliance General Insurance) – Motor Insurance Sales Executive

Location: Majiwada, Thane

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand (Based on Experience and Background)

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Rotational Week Offs

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle sales and customer interactions for Motor Insurance products.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Explain insurance products, features, and benefits to customers.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company guidelines.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in any Insurance Sales process.
• Candidates with experience in Motor Insurance, Health Insurance, or Life Insurance can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Salary CriteriaMotor Insurance / Health Insurance Background: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand
• Life Insurance Background: ₹20,000 In-Hand
• Preferred SkillsStrong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Average communication skills required.
