Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Career Counselor to guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The role involves interacting with students/parents, understanding their goals, and helping them with the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career options
- Handle incoming inquiries (calls, walk-ins, online leads)
- Guide students through the admission process step-by-step
- Follow up with students and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain student database and records
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Provide accurate information about courses and programs
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle students and parents confidently
- Basic understanding of admission/sales process preferred
- Target-oriented and proactive attitude
Experience: Freshers/Experienced both can apply
