Catalog Executive

Product Catalog Management

• Create, update, and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Upload and manage product information including titles, descriptions, specifications, ingredients, images, videos, and pricing.
• Ensure consistency of product information across all sales channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect missing product information and digital assets.
• Manage new product launches, product updates, and discontinued SKU processes.

Content & Data Quality

• Conduct regular catalog audits to identify and correct errors.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure listings comply with platform requirements and brand guidelines.
• Organize and maintain product image libraries and digital assets.

Marketplace & Platform Support

• Assist with catalog uploads for marketplaces, brand websites, and retail partner portals.
• Monitor listing health, product visibility, and content quality scores where applicable.
• Support troubleshooting of listing issues and platform-related catalog errors.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain master product databases and SKU trackers.
• Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure catalog accuracy.
• Support ad-hoc data requests, catalog reports, and assortment reviews.
