ROLE OBJECTIVE
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for generating qualified leads, increasing brand visibility, improving customer acquisition, enhancing online presence, and contributing directly to company revenue through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
This role is a revenue-generating position and will be evaluated based on measurable business outcomes rather than activity alone.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead Generation & Business Growth
* Generate qualified leads through Meta, Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Website channels.
* Develop and execute lead generation campaigns aligned with sales objectives.
* Build marketing funnels to increase inquiries and conversions.
* Coordinate with the sales team for lead qualification and conversion tracking.
* Maintain lead databases and CRM records.
* Monitor customer acquisition cost and lead quality.

2. Performance Marketing
* Plan, launch and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
* Monitor campaign performance daily.
* Improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
* Reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
* Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences and ad copies.
* Manage advertising budgets effectively.

3. Social Media Management
* Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile.
* Create monthly content calendars.
* Publish high-quality reels, posts, stories and promotional campaigns.
* Build audience engagement and brand awareness.
* Monitor trends and implement innovative content ideas.

4. Content Marketing
* Create compelling marketing content.
* Write captions, blogs, email campaigns and ad copies.
* Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers and video editors.
* Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
* Develop content that drives inquiries and conversions.

5. Website & SEO Management
* Manage and update company websites.
* Conduct keyword research.
* Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
* Improve search engine rankings.
* Monitor website traffic and user behavior.
* Optimize landing pages for lead generation.

6. Online Reputation Management
* Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
* Improve Google ratings and online credibility.
* Manage customer engagement across all digital platforms.
* Strengthen brand trust and reputation.

7. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
* Create automated marketing campaigns.

* Prepare Daily Reports.
