Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive cum Graphic Designer to manage our online marketing activities and create engaging visual content. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media marketing, content creation, graphic design, and digital advertising. A candidate with 1–2 years of experience who can independently manage social media marketing while also designing high-quality creatives and basic video content is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and schedule social media posts, reels, and promotional content.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Monitor website and social media performance using analytics tools.
• Assist with SEO activities, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Generate leads through online marketing channels.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and marketing insights.

Graphic Design

• Design social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Create visual content for digital marketing campaigns.
• Edit images and videos for social media and marketing purposes.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and campaign designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and CorelDRAW (preferred) & basic motion graphics
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media management.
• Strong creativity, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Content writing and copywriting skills.
• Photography and videography experience.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Knowledge of email marketing tools.
