Job Description
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our presence on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, and other online marketplaces.
- Responsibilities:Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, etc.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Handle inventory updates and stock management.
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Manage seller accounts and ensure account health.
- Run and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
- Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and account-related problems.
- Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience in Amazon/Flipkart marketplace management.
- Good knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
- Understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple marketplace accounts independently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
