Job Description
Real Estate Sales Executive (Dholera)We are looking for an energetic, target-driven, and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads, conducting site visits in Dholera SIR, and closing property deals effectively.
- 🔑 Key Responsibilities:Lead Conversion: Actively follow up on company-provided leads and network to identify potential buyers.
- Client Meetings & Site Visits: Pitch real estate projects to clients, answer inquiries, and organize/conduct property site visits in Dholera.
- Sales Closure: Guide buyers through the entire sales lifecycle—from initial inquiry and negotiation to booking and final documentation.
- Market Awareness: Keep track of the latest developments in Dholera SIR, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Relationship Management: Maintain healthy, long-term relationships with existing clients to generate referrals.
- 📋 Candidate Requirements:Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales, B2C Sales, or Direct Sales (Prior experience in the Dholera market is a major advantage).
- Skills: Exceptional communication, strong negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Language: Proficient in Hindi and Regional language (Gujarati). Basic to conversational English is required.
