Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team at Propfinder. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
* Schedule and conduct property site visits for prospective clients.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
* Negotiate pricing and assist clients throughout the booking process.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and sales closure.
* Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
