Position: Office Boy

Location: E-4/230, Arera Colony, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and responsible Office Boy to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate should be punctual, disciplined, and willing to assist with housekeeping, administrative support, and official errands.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and document organization.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other office-related materials.
• Visit banks, courier offices, government offices, and other locations for official work as assigned.
• Deposit cheques, collect documents, and assist with basic banking and office-related errands.
• Purchase office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and other materials as required.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and supporting office events.
• Monitor pantry and office supplies and inform management when replenishment is required.
• Open and close the office as instructed by the management.
• Perform any other office support duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria Minimum Qualification:

• 8th Pass / 10th Pass.
• Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred but is not mandatory.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, punctual, and well-disciplined.
• Physically fit and capable of handling office errands.
• Basic communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
