Sales Executive / Design Consultant – Home Furnishing Store

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive / Design Consultant to manage walk-in customers at our Home Furnishing store. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, understand customer requirements, provide design suggestions, generate leads, and convert enquiries into successful sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Attend and engage with walk-in customers professionally
• Understand customer requirements for home furnishing solutions (curtains, blinds, wallpapers, upholstery, interiors, etc.)
• Provide product recommendations and design suggestions based on customer needs
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
• Generate leads through customer interactions and referrals
• Maintain customer database and track enquiries
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with design, installation, and operations teams
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle client visits, product demonstrations, and closing discussions
• Follow up on pending leads through calls/WhatsApp
• Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
