Job Summary

The Dispatch Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the dispatch of finished goods to customers. The role ensures timely deliveries, accurate documentation, efficient vehicle utilization, and customer satisfaction while maintaining company quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage daily dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and dispatch of materials.
• Verify dispatch documents including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport documents.
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Monitor loading activities to prevent product damage and dispatch errors.
• Maintain dispatch records and generate daily/monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
• Manage dispatch staff and warehouse loading teams.
• QualificationsGraduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–8 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and dispatch documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
