JOB TIMINGS: 12 HOURS DUTY

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensure efficiency, and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a technical background and hands-on experience in managing production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities

Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines

Monitor workflow and optimize productivity

Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance

Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations

Handle manpower allocation and team supervision

Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies

Identify and resolve production-related issues promptly

Requirements:

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical

Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in a production or manufacturing role

Strong understanding of production processes

Basic knowledge of machinery and equipment handling

Good leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

Strong communication and team management skills

Knowledge of safety and quality standards
