Job Description
Collection DRA Team Leader
Manage and lead a team of DRA (Debt Recovery Agents).
Monitor daily collection performance and productivity.
Ensure achievement of collection targets and KPIs.
Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members.
Handle escalations and support the team in resolving customer issues.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve recovery rates.
Requirements:
- Experience in collections/recovery operations.
- Prior team handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of collection processes and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Location: Nungambakkam
