Salon Manager

We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused, and result-driven Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, team management, and client relationship skills while ensuring exceptional service standards and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day salon operations efficiently.

Supervise, train, and motivate the salon team.

Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Handle appointments, staff schedules, and workflow.

Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.

Promote salon services, memberships, and retail products.

Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Manage inventory, stock, and vendor coordination.

Resolve customer concerns professionally.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities.

Knowledge of salon operations, beauty services, and retail sales.

Basic computer skills and experience with salon management software are preferred.

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)

Preferred Candidate:

Both Male and Female candidates preferred.

Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and lead a high-performing team.
