Job Description
➢ Conduct physical inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
➢ Measure, document, and photograph properties to capture accurate details. Collect site-
specific data including location, construction quality, layout, and amenities.
➢ Coordinate with owners, builders, and stakeholders to gather property-related information.
Prepare detailed valuation/site inspection reports as per company and regulatorystandards.
➢ Ensure compliance with applicable guidelines (IVS, or bank/financial norms).Maintain
proper documentation, records, and data for all site visits.
➢ Support valuation team in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing reports.
➢ Travel to assigned sites within/outside city as required.
