Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Job DescriptionPIB Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to generate business opportunities in the Commercial & General Insurance segment. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with corporate clients, manufacturing companies, SMEs, logistics firms, and other businesses to arrange meetings and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCold calling corporate clients and businesses across India.
- Generating leads for Commercial & General Insurance products.
- Fixing appointments and meetings for the Corporate Sales Team.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM records.
- Following up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Understanding client insurance requirements and qualifying leads.
- Coordinating with internal sales and operations teams.
- Achieving monthly lead generation and appointment targets.

- Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling, Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
