Supply Chain Operations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Operations Executive to manage end-to-end movement of goods from vendors to warehouses and from warehouses to customers across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.

The role will be responsible for ensuring timely inward of materials, seamless dispatch planning, shipment tracking, POD management, and coordination with vendors, warehouses, transporters, and marketplace teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Inward Material Management
• Follow up with vendors against Purchase Orders.
• Track production and dispatch status of materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate pickups and transportation.
• Monitor material movement until warehouse receipt.
• Ensure timely GRN completion.
• Escalate delays and shortages.
• Maintain vendor commitment tracker.
• Outward Dispatch & Logistics ManagementCoordinate daily dispatches across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, FirstCry, Jiomart and other channels.
• Ensure timely dispatch from warehouses.
• Track shipment status until delivery.
• Follow up with logistics partners for delays.
• Manage delivery exceptions, shortages, damages and returns.
• Ensure POD collection and documentation.
• Monitor channel-wise SLA compliance.
• Coordination & ReportingMaintain inward and outward movement trackers.
• Prepare daily MIS reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales and marketplace teams.
• Support inventory movement between warehouses.
• Highlight operational risks and delays proactively.
