Job Description – HR Generalist (HR Operations & Payroll)We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong hands-on experience in 100% HR Operations and Payroll Management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end HR Operations
• Complete Payroll Processing & Management
• Attendance and Leave Management
• Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
• Joining and Exit Formalities
• Employee Documentation & Records Management
• HRMS Management and Data Updating
• PF, ESIC, and other Statutory Compliance
• Full & Final Settlement (F&F)
• Employee Grievance Handling
• HR Policies and Process Implementation
• MIS Reports and Employee Database Management
• Required ExperienceMust have strong experience in HR Operations
• Must have hands-on experience in end-to-end Payroll Management
• Candidates with only Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience will not be considered
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Excel, and Statutory Compliance is preferred
