Job Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely hiring.
Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
Complete employee documentation and maintain HR files.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
Manage attendance and basic HR administrative tasks.
Oversee floor maintenance and ensure a well-organized office environment.
Coordinate with office staff to maintain smooth daily operations.
