Job Summary: We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage core HR operations, employee engagement, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR administration while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.

• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Assist in performance appraisal and training activities.

• Handle employee queries and provide HR support.

• Manage HR reports, letters, and other administrative activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.

• 3 - 10 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office. Preferred Skills:

• Payroll and statutory compliance knowledge.

• Employee relations and HR operations.
