Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional who specializes in hiring B2B Sales candidates and senior-level professionals. The ideal candidate should be proactive, capable of street hiring (on-field recruitment), and experienced in conducting talent hunts to identify top performers in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for B2B Sales roles and senior-level positions.
- Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, references, and field sourcing.
- Conduct street hiring / on-ground recruitment drives to identify active sales talent.
- Perform talent hunting by mapping competitors and approaching high-performing candidates.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales professionals.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche and leadership roles.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely hiring closures.
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics.
