Job Opening: Customer Care & Backend Operations Coordinator

📱 Service Center Operations: Xiaomi & Motorola

We are hiring a Customer Care & Operations Incharge for our Xiaomi & Motorola Service Center.

  • Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and service-related communication.
  • Coordinate with technicians and service advisors.
  • Manage job sheets, service records, and backend documentation.
  • Update service status in company portals and systems.
  • Follow up on pending repairs, parts, and customer deliveries.
  • Prepare reports and maintain operational data.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day service center operations.
  • Good communication and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Experience in service center/customer support operations preferred.
  • Ability to handle customers professionally and work in a team.
