Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, pots, and pans.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage, and food preparation areas.
  • Dispose of waste and recyclables according to company procedures.
  • Assist in setting up and clearing dining or banquet areas.
  • Support kitchen and service staff as required during operations.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
