Senior Account Executive (Female)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring smooth financial processes. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, invoicing, and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting entries and day-to-day bookkeeping.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Preparation and verification of invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Account reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Coordinating with internal departments for financial data and reporting.
• Maintaining accurate records in Tally ERP.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of Tally ERP and SAP B1(Mandatory).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of sales accounting, purchase accounting, and bank transactions.
• Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot preferred)
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in financial records.
