Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support

• Assist sales representatives with order processing, quote preparation, and client follow-ups.
• Coordinate sales team schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain and update sales documentation (contracts, proposals, price lists, etc.).

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Respond to client inquiries promptly.
• Handle complaints or issues and escalate when needed.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

3. Order & Inventory Coordination

• Monitor order status, ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with inventory or supply chain teams to check product availability.

4. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare regular sales reports (weekly/monthly) for management.
• Track KPIs like sales targets, revenue, lead conversion rates, etc.
• Use CRM software to manage data (like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

5. Administrative Tasks

• Maintain records of sales targets and actual performance.
• Organize and manage databases of clients and prospects.
• Help with event planning (trade shows, product launches).

6. Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing for promotional campaigns.
• Liaise with finance for invoicing and payments.
