Job Description

Source Home Loan and LAP business through field sales, open market, brokers, and customer references.

Generate leads and acquire new customers.

Explain loan products and guide customers through the loan process.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Conduct customer visits and follow-ups regularly.

Coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth processing.

Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely service.
