Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in IT hardware and solutions.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and power solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, channel partners, and distributors.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor junior sales staff to achieve team targets.
  • Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in IT hardware sales with exposure to cybersecurity, cloud, and power solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
