Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive with 2+ years in real estate channel partner sales to generate good business.

Key Responsibilities

 Build and maintain relationships with clients.

 Generate qualified leads through networking and field visits.

 Conduct project presentations and site visits.

 Achieve monthly sales targets and convert leads into bookings.

 Coordinate with developers.

 Attend CP meets and promotional events.

 Track market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

 Minimum 1+ years in real estate field/channel partner sales.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Knowledge of Pune real estate market preferred.

 Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence.

 12th & Above preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

 Fixed salary: 30K - 40K Per Month

 Performance incentives: Up to ₹1,00,000/month
