Job Summary - We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling students and parents, providing information about courses and programs, managing inquiries, and supporting the enrollment process to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities -

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
• Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries related to admissions.
• Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Explain fee structures, admission procedures, and institutional policies.
• Conduct counseling sessions and provide personalized guidance to students.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions in the database/CRM.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Organize and participate in admission campaigns, seminars, educational fairs, and promotional activities.
• Assist in preparing admission reports and maintaining documentation.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in admissions, counseling, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Experience - 0–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, education, or customer relations.
