We're looking for a high-energy Executive Assistant who wants to grow alongside the Founder & CEO and become a future business leader.


About the Role

You will work directly with the founder & CEO, supporting strategic initiatives, business operations, investor meetings, sales, marketing, recruitment, technology, and expansion projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Founder & CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, meeting minutes, and business documents.
  • Coordinate with leadership teams across Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, and Technology.
  • Track key projects and profit & loss and ensure timely execution.
  • Follow up on action items and drive accountability across departments.
  • Support business development, customer meetings, and strategic partnerships.
  • Assist with events, leadership meetings, and corporate communications.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Associate, Chief of Staff, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, ChatGPT, and AI productivity tools.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Passionate, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
  • Flexible to work beyond regular office hours when required.
  • Willing to travel for business meetings and events.
