Job TitleBusiness Development Manager (BDM) – Solar Energy
Job DescriptionGeeta Ingenious Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to expand its Solar Rooftop, Solar Power Plant, Solar Pump, and Commercial Solar Projects business. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Educational, and Government sectors.
- Generate leads for Solar Rooftop Systems, Solar Power Plants, and Solar Pump Projects.
- Meet potential clients and present solar solutions.
- Prepare project proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams for project execution.
- Participate in government tenders and solar project bidding.
- Develop partnerships with builders, industries, schools, hotels, and institutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and business development plans.
- Required SkillsStrong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of Solar Energy Systems and Government Subsidy Schemes.
- Ability to manage clients and business relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.
- QualificationGraduate / MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Administration preferred)
- Experience in Solar Industry, Electrical Industry, or Renewable Energy Sector preferred.
- Salary & Benefits₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on Experience)
