Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller Executive
Company: PG Dekho
Location: Gurugram (Alternate Work From Home)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Fixed)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Assist customers with PG and accommodation-related inquiries.
Explain PG Dekho services and resolve customer queries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate with the operations team for customer support and follow-ups.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the process.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
