Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Mutual Fund SIP (Work From Home)
Job Description: SBNCO Financial Services is hiring Remote Sales Executives! If you have good communication skills and want to earn an unlimited income from the comfort of your home, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
This is a 100% Commission-Based Only role with an aggressive, slabs-based payout structure. The more you work, the more you earn—there is absolutely NO MAXIMUM LIMIT on your monthly income!
Commission & Earning Structure
Your earnings are calculated on a cumulative tier-based structure for every successful monthly SIP (Minimum SIP amount: ₹1000):
- First 1-10 SIPs: ₹250 per SIP
- Next 11-20 SIPs: ₹500 per SIP
- Next 21-30 SIPs: ₹750 per SIP
- 31 SIPs & Above: 🔥 ₹1,000 per SIP
- 📊 Example of Earning Potential: > If you close 45 SIPs in a month:First 10 = ₹2,500Next 10 = ₹5,000Next 10 = ₹7,500Remaining 15 (15 × ₹1,000) = ₹15,000TOTAL MONTHLY EARNINGS = ₹30,000!📋
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pitch Mutual Fund SIP investments to potential retail clients.
- Educate clients about the benefits of long-term wealth creation via goal-based financial selling.
- Onboard clients with a minimum monthly SIP investment of ₹500.
- Achieve monthly sales targets to unlock higher slab commissions.
Job Requirements / Eligibility
- Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with a fire to earn or candidates with experience in insurance, loan, or credit card sales will be highly preferred).
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Skills: Good communication skills, basic understanding of financial markets/SIPs, and a persuasive personality.
- Assets: Must have a working Smartphone and a stable Internet Connection.
