Position: Finance Manager

About the RoleZ Power Impex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a young, dynamic, and result-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, banking activities, remittances, compliance, and budgeting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital.
- Handle banking operations, remittances, and fund management.
- Negotiate banking facilities and financial terms.
- Manage client credit control and collections.
- Oversee payment processing and bank transactions.
- Prepare MIS and financial reports.
- Ensure financial compliance and risk management.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
- Support business growth through financial insights.
Requirements
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Banking, Remittances, Compliance, Budgeting, and Financial Management.
- Experience in bank negotiations and fund management.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial functions.
