Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Payroll ManagementProcess monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
  • Calculate salaries, overtime, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, arrears, and bonuses.
  • Generate salary sheets, payslips, and payroll reports.
  • Handle Full & Final (F&F) settlements, gratuity, and leave encashment.
  • Resolve employee payroll-related queries.
  • Time Office & Attendance ManagementMonitor daily attendance through biometric/HRMS systems.
  • Maintain attendance, shift rosters, overtime, late-coming, and absenteeism records.
  • Verify attendance discrepancies and regularization requests.
  • Prepare monthly attendance data for payroll processing.
  • Manage contract labor attendance and workforce deployment records.
  • Leave AdministrationMaintain leave records (CL, SL, EL, Comp-off, LWP, etc.).
  • Process leave applications and update leave balances.
  • Coordinate approvals with department heads.
  • Ensure compliance with company leave policies.
  • Statutory ComplianceEnsure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labor Laws.
  • Prepare statutory reports and support audits.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and consultants regarding compliance matters.
  • Maintain employee records and statutory registers.
  • HR OperationsMaintain employee master database and HRMS records.
  • Support onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports and analytics.
  • Assist in employee grievance handling and HR administration activities.

skills:-

  • Qualification & ExperienceMBA/PGDM/MSW in HR or Graduate with relevant experience.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Payroll, Time Office, and HR Operations.
  • Experience in Retail, Manufacturing, or Large Workforce Management preferred.
  • Knowledge of HRMS, payroll software, and labor laws.
