Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Shifting Gears is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to drive the sales of pre-owned vehicles. The role involves generating leads, engaging with customers, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads for pre-owned vehicle sales
• Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange options
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and documentation teams for smooth vehicle delivery
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in the CRM
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage referrals

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for sales and customer service
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Knowledge of automobiles is preferred but not mandatory
• Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license preferred

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or customer service is an advantage
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
